Hey guys, heres a gud discusion point which i was thinking of the other day. Does gothic clothing always have 2 consist of dark colours, e.g black, purple, red? Also the style of clothing displays similar characteristics, i.e long skirts, corsets. Would there b room 4 new styles and colours or do we need 2 stik 2 the olden times? P.s i kinda like the corsets, as i feel they bring out the best in the female creatures of the night!

Dark is just the most common color shade, but if you can pull of the lighter colors, then you are free to. I have seen Tripp and Lip Service make nice tops in white.

I personally am a big fan of most colours...but I mix and coordinate them with black accents, so as to not cross over into scary Scene territory.

One of my favorite colours to play with, because it matches my eyes and compliments the yellow tones in my skin, is Aqua. I have a beautiful black and aqua bodice-type top...

I personally love my neon colors, like blue , green and hot pink.

I love pink. I wear a lot of pink, especially when I dont have pink hair. Or red hair.

Black, black black and more black. and some grey.

There's just too many reasons to love all the beautiful shades of black. it looks different with different materials- cotton, velvet...

I tend to wear black, grey, red, purple, and blue.

I'm horrible, I only wear all black.

I mostly wear BLACK and purple. Few times I would wear black with Neon green and Neon blue or some white.
