I don't have a garden of my own but it excites me a bit for when I can get one. I don't really like gardening, but I've seen black roses and black lillies and such that I would love to have. Even some exotic trees that bear odd looking fruit.

I can't wait for the Fall to get here. I'm going to have a brand new beautiful landscaping job done and am going to put in a small (and manageable this time!) herb and maybe veggie garden.

I miss my gardens...but it's so hot here during the summers I have to do most everything in the Fall. Good thing I can store my plants out on the back patio until planting season!!!

I don't have a garden, but spring always makes me want to start one

I'm excited to finally be starting a garden again. I currently have a ton of seedlings in my living room, and need to start planting some of them soon!

I don't have a yard, but a friend who lives nearby has a huge yard. She's letting me use some of her yard (and helping me keep up with weeding and watering) in exchange for some of the produce I'll be growing. I still have to get some boards and soil to make raised beds with, but am hoping to get that started by early next week.

I'm not much of an ornamental gardener; I don't really have the money for it, nor would I want to put all sorts of effort into fancy landscaping if I'm just going to move to a new apartment in a year or two anyways. However, some of the edibles I'm growing are going to be quite beautiful. I have some gorgeous rainbow chard. Not to mention some of the other plants will look beautiful when they flower; especially the squashes and pumpkins.

I'd love to have some black velvet petunias this year!

I had some last year and they were beautiful - sorry to say that the seeds I collected perished in the freezing winter we had but then again what are garden centres for?
