I had a look at the ingredient list. Not familiar with the first 2 active ingredients; I'm guessing they are chemical exfoliators. The Vitamin A in it should be good. It's got a tiny bit of lanolin alcohol, though, so you may want to be careful if you have a lanolin allergy.
It's cheap enough, though, so maybe give it a shot and add a nice rich lotion to the order too (I like Palmer's Cocoa Butter).
My legs tend to get *really*itchy after I shave, regardless of shave creams/gels or sharpness of the blade. But I find it helps to use a good moisturizing soap (with shea butter or almond oil; something so oil-rich that it's just barely soap) and follow up with a thick lotion (maybe with cocoa butter or shea butter) or an olive-oil-based spray oil.
