| If I'm going to have to be buried in a casket as opposed to a coffin (I prefer to donate my body to science) I definitely want the Star Trek one. _________________ I'm a werewolf, not a vampire! |

| That's really unique.I 'll bet they cost a pantload of money when they do become available. _________________ ”Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy." ~H. L. Mencken

| Here'sa little shopping theme music... [ www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIhJFYZNwKs ]
"Space The Final Frontier" ~ Think we've found somethin' a little more final. Maybe...
It's really way too pretty to go off and bury. Mmm and ravengrim, about your "I 'll bet they cost a pantload of money when they do become available." I was thinking that very same thing! Then when I saw that ... $TBA, my mind translated " Think Be A'saving ! "

| I want what Helen wants. Also I don't have an ounce of Trekkie in me. |

| I'm going to have to agree with Helen and SoM, I want to be placed into a crypt, in the center of it, on a throne-like chair, sitting upright, encased in glass. As vain as possible no? |

| Burial is so trite, what a f**king rip-off it is. "Oh your loved one just died, now you have to put their carcass in a $8,000 box that we're going to throw into the ground. Thanks for your business, come again."
The dead won't be enjoying their spiffy casket, because they're dead.
As if in the afterlife, your burial vessel is like car. Other spirits see you float up and are like; "Damn, you see that tricked out one at the curb?" |

| In all honesty, up until just now upon visiting that site... I never truly wanted to be cremated. And now? I don't think I'd be too upset if I was. Would love to have my ashes spend all eternity in a Star Trek urn... be it on a relative's shelf or buried deep within the ground kept in some safe that wouldn't collapse due to the pressure of the earth/ground.
Though... the casket is pretty friggin sweet also. Would totally be willing to be buried in a Blue Shirt like Spock's from The Original Series.
Live long and prosper. (^.^)v |
