Today someone told me I resemble Giada de Laurentiis! She's lovely, and we're both Italian, so...cool!

These three girls at a bar told me they've never seen me with a bad hair day, and are jealous. I was quite moved.

I got told I look like a skeleton today, and when I looked away uncomfortabley he assured me that it was a compliment.

Edit: Only a few hours later and now he's telling me my arm hair is sexy. o.O this beats the skeleton thing by a long shot.

I was in a restaurant with my mom and grandma and some random middle-aged lady walked up to our table and pointed at me and said "This girl here, she's gained quite a reputation in our house." she said some other stuff I can't remember and just walked away. I was like "...?" No explanation or anything. My guess is she either was trying to tell me I look like Abby from NCIS and forgot to mention that part, or she was just crazy. Its probably the former because I get that a lot. Weird...I guess it was a...compliment?

The other day when I was walking around the mall one of the ladies that sells some nail stuff asked me to try her product, but when I said I can't, I have to meet someone she said "oh, ok. Nice outfit by the way. Never see anyone else around here wearing stuff like that..." how nice. Dunno if that was meant as a copliment or as an insult.

The cashier at Wal-Mart told me that she loved my hair and that I should give her some pointers

I have received so many compliments on my hair in the past month, it's ridiculous. My favourite came from a little girl, maybe four years old, who just said, "Your hair is beautiful." So simple, but I was shocked to hear that from someone so young. She will grow up to have a gorgeous vocabulary, I hope.

Yesterday I was helping a woman looking around the gallery, and she interrupted me to tell me that my eyes are so beautiful she had difficulty concentrating on what I was saying. I couldn't tell if she was being sincere.

I was told by my waitress today that she wishes more people could order like I do. I'm very straight to the point and quick with giving my order. Then when I wasn't upset with the cooks messing up my dinner 3 times and I said I was very thankful for her being so polite to me she turn to me and said you are the sweetest young adult that I have ever met.

I was told yesterday that I was great to work with cause I catch on quick...then someone else pointed out that I have something that no one else there has: southern hospitality. Apparently saying, Mam, Sir, and Ya'll is cute.

^^ That's true; I was almost taken aback by little courtesies like that when I moved down here. But it's good; it makes a great impression, especially when people aren't accustomed to it!

While at work the other day speaking with a gentleman who wanted to order concert tickets, he made a joke & naturally I laughed. Then he proceeded to tell me I had a very lustful laugh....
