Would I be revealing my age if I said Van Halen? High school induced trauma at their hands makes me want to obliterate them from existence.

I have to be honest and say no but I will check them out! Their look was great but I think I was too excited by the prospect of COF and in my defence I had indulged in 5 neat double JD's at the time! crazy

That depends on which Van Halen you're talking about.
Do you mean the original line up or the Van Hagar line up or the line up that had some guy from a band in Boston in it?(All my older brothers listened to Van Halen,in all of their incarnations.)

Sorry Morbid but Mana's moi dix mois does nothing for me in my opinion malice mizer was cool and unique and i loved there musical range. moi dix mois sound's like a nu metal band opposed to something goth . But this being said I don't consider malice mizer a goth band a good band but not a goth band despite the aesthetics of there later performances.

Night wish i never liked I always thought Tarja was full of her self and couldn't sing.

Stryper, Skid Row, Damn Yankees, Quiet Riot, Twisted Sister, and ... eh that's all I've got too.

I don't care for most of the Tool sound-a-likes and Perfect Circle.

I consider myself really eccentric and I love all music ,but it depends on the mood I am at that particular moment. But there is one band that I just do not like and that is "Good Charlotte".

Some of the best old punk bands had absolutely no musical knowledge. I still love the clip of Paul Simonon of the Clash learning to play the guitar. Sometimes you don't need musical knowledge or experience, you just need to love music and have raw talent.

I don't know, I think it's because I like songs rather than bands. There are some awful bands who produce at least one decent song and great talented bands that can make some hideous trainwreck.

If I don't like a band I don't even bother to remember the name, though
