Alone and afraid wearing tattered clothing.
In the darkest part of the desolate waists.
The city of his own creation empty and destroyed.
The ruins a constant reminder of what once was...
A shimmer and the scene changes.
Dancing nude in the center of a field of thorns.
They rip into him stabbing and scratching at his legs.
Breaking off in his feet and yet to stop is impossible.
The sun burning his flesh and the winds blowing hot.
A shimmer and the scene changes.
Music plays in a beautiful black room.
A striking pain envelopes him and he feels as if he isn’t him self.
Soon the music begins to fade until it is no more.
The room begins to blur and he falls to the floor.
He knows all to well what’s happening to him now.
Slowly he knows who he is and screams in terror.
He awakens in his bed with no voice to scream with.
Crying curled into a ball rocking himself as a child.
It felt all too real, it looked all too real.
But now it is over, now he knows it was just a nightmare.
The visions still fresh he tries to make them leave.
It was only a terrible nightmare with no reality to call its own.
It was only a nightmare and it's not real.
