EDIT: Scratch this -- I mis-typed. He was not BORN in Arizona, but he is recognized as being a citizen OF Arizona. Either way, that's not the issue. The issue is he is for certain a legit citizen... Obama MAY not be.

Actually, I think there is a law that someone who was born from immigrant parents, the parents had to be living as a U.S. citizen for so many years before the child to be born can be considered to be eligible for presidency, and his father had only been a U.S citizen not too long before Obama was born.

The Constitution does not define what a natural born citizen is, but it has generally been accepted to be someone who is a born citizen; that is, any person born in the US is a natural born citizen of the US. A person born elsewhere to comes to the US and later becomes a citizen is not a natural born citizen; he/she is a naturalized citizen.

Obama was born in Hawaii USA, so he is a natural born citizen of the US, no matter where his parents are from.

From what I gather, Obama had very little contact with his birth father, so it's not surprising that he wouldn't be close with his half siblings living on another continent. How can he be responsible for relatives he doesn't even know?
