| Meez is as bad as... that one human avatar site that Badart and them used to use. The majority of the items available requiring "coins" or "points" or some form of cyber currency which the biggest/easiest means to accrue is through trading real cash for virtual money. A waste of money, in my opinion, but whatever blows peoples' skirts up I suppose. Yes, I am aware there is quite a selection of "free" merchandise for your Human Avatar but... unfortunately even with 1.5 gigs of RAM meez (and firefox) don't seem to get along too well. I may give it another try on one of the computers at "work" cos... it is a wee bit fun at the very least... and meez is way better than that other site. In the meantime... still leveling jobs on Final Fantasy XI (White Mage, Black Mage, Summoner, Monk, Ranger, Dragoon, etc.) Just wish MMORPGs had as advance character creation as sites like Meez... |

| Slowly replacing my time on Final Fantasy XI, I find the following game on Kongrgate to be quite addicting: GemCraft
Basically you have these gems of different colours. Each colour has different "traits" (for example Green can inflict "Poison", Blue can "Slow" down opponents, Orange gives bonus Mana per hit, Yellow has a % to do Triple Damage, Cyan can "Stun" enemies, etc.) There are also several "tiers" of styles. Like "level one" gems are weeker than "level two" Gems... so on and so forth. You can also combine Gems. Combining two level one gems results in a level two gem. So on and so forth. When you combine Gems... if you do the same colour then you tend to get (significantly) more powerful level two gems. However, you can combine two different colours to make a more powerful Gem with the same traits as the two combines (like lvl 1 Blue + lvl 1 Green = lvl 2 Blue-Green that does "slows" and "poisons" an enemy.) Also, you can combine lower level Gems to higher level Gems to add stronger power (lvl one Orange to lvl 2 Orange means more Damage & bonus Mana). Lastly, there's power ups. When your character "levels up" you can distribute points into skills like "More Mana when you start a round" or "more mana gained per kill" or "Gem creation costs less Mana". As you get into harder levels, its necessary to relocated some Gems and create a viable strategy.
It sounds really complicated but it's easy to pick up on the more you play. An awesome game if you enjoy "magick" and strategy type games. |

| perfect World! its a free MMORPG with really good GFX. You can play as a human, elf or what they call "untamed" which is kind of like a were animal (wolf/tiger/bear/lion). Easy game play (at least to begin with, I'm still new so I can't talk about later on), so you don't have to take a week to figure things out and some people are really helpful if you are in need. All around its a fun game and I'm adiccted I'm on the lost city server and my name is "thedarkrealm" if anyone wants to join or is already playing _________________ |

| Hah a bump grind no seriously though grinding is repeated monster killing over and over and over again for a small bit of xp. opposed to doing quests with big xp pay off for quicker leveling games like linage have grind. |

| oh yeah, theres lots of that and in the begining when you're first dropped into the game your thankful for it because it helps you to lvl fast. I made it to lvl 5 in about an hour doing that plus a ton of items and gold but there are plenty of guests too _________________ |

| Been playing Star Trek Online lately.
Free to play. Pretty enjoyable. Perfect World Entertainment is a little shifty for my liking, though. |
