I'm not talking about lame things like "I fear failure." Keep the Tony Robins crap to a minimum. I'm talking phobias. Things that even if you've worked past...it was a challenge.


I am scared to death of bugs that fly and bite.
Mostly bees and wasps.I practically crap in my pants when I see one and if one's in my house,forget it I have to go outdoors.

Spiders. I scream and run like a little kid. When I was at the Kinetik Festival there was a big one in the bathroom of our rented condo and I had to ask for one of the girls I was rooming with to get it out of there for me.

^Aww! I loves them...to an extent. If they get TOO big, then I freak.

I'm going to have to be corny I guess and say that I think my greatest fear is being alone. Funny, considering I usually fare fine by myself... but I need to know in the back of my head that when I go home, there will be someone there waiting for me. I like to feel needed.

Other than that... I really can't think of anything palpable (like bugs or spiders) that I am deathly afraid of... germs, perhaps? I'm a BIG germaphobe (oddly, not a real word) and hypochondriac...it not so much 'scares' me as bothers the hell out of me... I get all crack-addict-y...tweaking and the whole nine yards.

I don't fear the usual things like spiders (in fact, I love spiders), but I most fear rape.

I am really afraid of rabbits and hares.

^I can understand that, Ginger. Being powerless and vulnerable like that would scare the pants off (no pun intended) anyone, I think.

I'm claustrophobic and I really don't like clowns, this became a fad-phobia, but the jolly bright circus clowns struck a cord in me from a young age that still cause me feel to feel ill with mistrust for them.

Bee's and all their counterparts, because butterfly's pollinate too, but they don't kill people.

Awww I love spiders, I raise tarantulas.

I'm afraid of driving. I don't have my license yet and I'm procrastinating on getting it. I just don't trust myself and I'm easily distracted.

I'm claustrophobic and that's pretty much it.

Being tortured, as in hung by my fingernails, toenails, or things of that nature that will make me suffer. Having my hair ripped out or caught on fire, freezing to death, skin ripped off slowly...
*shudders* I know this will probably never happen & perhaps it's from watching too many horror movies, but I still get freaked out by it.

well, its not much of a phobia but its more of an annoyance. I hate MOTHS!! whenever i see them i instantly want to get rid of them. I normally throw books at them (vampira says im crazy) but ii hate it when you open your window on a hot summers night and the moths get attracted to your light and come in your room!! arrghh!!, P.s i also hate beess..buuzzzzz!!

Not really a phobia but I had mentioned this in another thread.
I have a fear of tornados When I see the warnings it freaks me out.
But like I said before. Never really happened in my city but it still freaks me out.

Unlike most phobias, fear of tornadoes is very rational. I live in the "Southern Tornado Valley" were a good portion of people don't take the weather guy too seriously (we could be painting our nails and watching the weather).

I'm terrified of cenipedes and milipedes. They have too many freakin legs. they're the spawns of Satan!

Fear of ............heights (shudders).

I used to have a fear of snakes when I was little, but now I even play with rattlesnakes whenever I get a chance.

huh, I have a fear of what could happen with heights but not heights its self... Fear of falling I actually like heights though if I know theres no way I'm falling.
