I am looking up stuff on bachelorette party planning. My friend’s wedding isn’t for another 7 months, but the other bridesmaid is getting itchy. She sent me an email earlier asking if I had anything planned. I responded with some suggestions and asked for her input, but she had nothing to say. tongue

She hasn’t ordered her bridesmaid dress yet, either, so I don’t know why she’s being antsy about the party. In any case, I guess it wouldn’t hurt for me to do a bit of research now. I was thinking maybe doing a spa day and a night on the town. Even better would be a spa day at one of those nice casinos with a hotel, restaurants, clubs and whatnots under one roof, so I wouldn’t have to deal with transportation and accommodation logistics. Living in NYC is hard.

I actually cried this morning when I heard that trouble had started in Liverpool, I love that city, it's the unofficial capital of Wales tear

Just got back from a makeup party my friend was throwing, and bought way too much. >.< Doing a little house cleaning, and listening to Pandora.

I'm sitting around. People keep asking me what is going on what day. I have no idea. I know I should come up with a plan and get everyone on board, but I've been really chill lately.

This situation in England makes me very sad, and my thoughts are with you and every concerned person over there Helen. The world has this month gotten a stern look at the sunny side of multiculturalism. Nothing says "I'm upset about the treatment of someone by the police", like burning buildings, rape, violence, and stealing a big screen TV. There's no rage over a murdered man anymore; this is thousands of poor, uneducated, vile people acting like selfish beasts. The majority of the rioters don't view England as their homeland, and therefore don't give a damn if the piss all over her. All of Europe should be expecting these kinds of riots soon enough sadly, and then even sadder, perhaps events like in Norway.

Usually a generation or two after hard-working families from northern Africa, Eastern Africa or the Middle East move in and attempt to better their quality of life in a progressive western European country, the scumbags from those countries move into the neighborhoods set up by their countrymen. The scumbag criminals of those places just couldn't move to England, France, Ireland or Norway and bleed the systems and create gangs and drug cartels, they have to wait for their countrymen to set up neighborhoods and then they swoop in and destroy everything their fellow Somalis, Turks, Algerians, or Arabs attempted to build. The same thing happened in Florida, USA; once some Haitian and Cuban people moved to America to start a new life, the scum followed them a decade latter and took over the neighborhoods, creating the most violent gangland my country had seen since Prohibition Chicago.

After rereading my post, it sadly smacks of racism, which I truly don't feel or attempt to display; but sadly facts and numbers speak for themselves. The people from 3rd World countries that attempt to better their lives by coming to progressive western nations, unfortunately get leached unto by the numerous criminals and scum from their homelands. That lunatic from Norway who killed all those people last week, targeted them because they were the political group that has opened Norway's boarders. The guy was vile, but I think the statistic in Norway is that 100% of rapes in the city of Oslo for the last 5 years were committed by African and Turk immigrants. That's not racism, that's numbers, numbers don't lie. There's no respect for life, women, or land by these basic invaders, they're swarming in on the heels of their desperate and hardworking countrymen and destroying everything in Europe like they've done to their homelands. Riots and rapes in Europe, sadly I fear will lead to more hardline kooks making drastic statements like that killer did last weak.

I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to eat. I also need to figure out what I'm doing today.

I know there are some places in Africa where rapes so bad its almost the equivalent of saying hello, I mean these animals will rape women, babies, goats pretty much anything that doesn't fight them off. (I'm not saying africans are animals, but anyone that would rape a baby much less something like a goat IS an animal) The "Rape-aXe" was made to fight this but honestly it doesn't look like something I'd imagen a woman just wearing on a daily basis nor does it look like it'd be at all comfortable...

If my sources are correct, the reason why rape is so high in Africa is because men who are infected with AIDS run on the belief that they can cure themselves by having sex with a virgin, so some with go for the youngest possible; this of course only perpetuates the AIDS crisis that is already compounded by religious belief that condoms are bad.

Ginger, no argument here, here's a bit more clarity on my post.

There are sadly many women in Oslo, Norway, like the rest of the world, who have been date-raped or attacked by family and so-called-friends/lovers. This is disgusting of course, but the statistic refers to women being attacked and raped by a stranger or a gang-rape-attack. Every single one of those attacks in the capital of Norway for the last half-decade has been by a non-white and usually non-Norwegian immigrant. Facts like these breed the kind of contempt that births psychos like the terrorist of last week. There just seems to be a social problem that's going to boil over soon across Europe, which is scary and sad.

Oh yeah, to keep this thread actually about it's topic:

Just got home, went from overnight job, to the gym, now I'm gonna do some laundry and work on the video game, I'm working on individual character's bio and art.

I agree. Diva, if you only lived a few states closer or came here for a visit. It was awesome getting to hang out with QBH. I understand about the bf thing though. After Alyssas car died, we went to coney. Guess who got out of work early and didn't contact me?
