If you do continue to read what is in the hidden text its you're doing so if you become offended in any way you have no one to blame but your self. I'm hiding the offencive text and going out of my way to tell you it may offend you I've, I've even gone so far to put a warning as the title to this thread that obviously you ignored since you are now reading this. I have done my part so its up to you to use your best judgement for your self and if you are offended in any way then apparently you were wrong and should learn from the mistake so you wont do it again in the future...

Assuming the terrorists really do hate us (the USA) becasue of our freedoms guess what, they are WINNING! Sorry but as of 9-11-01 we've been losing rights left and right and no ones doing anything about it. The tea party was supposed to be standing up for the commen "man" but quicky becasue rasict anti Obama republican two faces that claim they arent on the left or right, they just want small government... Yeah sure, just look at their actions and people, every bit as republical as it gets... No one else is really doing anything and we lose more and more right all the time, just take a look around and whats happened in the last 10 years. No smoking in bars was the begining then illegal wire taps and internet taps, more and more scans and checks just to get on a plane and even little children arent safe from the groping hands of the TWA. Political correctness is getting more and more rediculous making freedom of speach less and less possible. So many things have been banned in the last few years that were for ADULTS its hard to keep track of while more and more cameras are added to the streets "to catch speeders" or "prevent crimes" ... point is just look around at how much has changed, it really is a lot and in 30-50 years when they finish taking everything away people might be ready to rise up and make them selfs be heard but wont be able too becasue its hard to speak with a jackboot on your neck... This may be a byproduct of my depression or maybe its a real observation of how I see things, I dont know which to call it I'll leave that to you since you desided to ignore the thread title and disclaimer...

I know what you mean, Endless. Shortly after 9/11 I was rattled like most other people, but I made a conscious choice not to live in fear. As I see it, a life lived in fear is not a life but mere survival. I think a wise few others made the same choice ten years ago, but definitely not the majority.

The entire point of terrorism is to inspire terror into the public--well, they did it. Because we are too afraid to go about our lives, we subvert our own freedoms in favor of an illusion of security.
