Do we not have a thread about this woman? Crazy? Elizabeth Taylor dying last week came out of the blue, she's one of those people who has been around for so long that you don't forget their around but don't believe they'll ever actually leave our culture. She's got to be considered one of the top women in film and entertainment history, right up there with Katharine Hepburn, Bette Davis and Ingrid Bergman.

By the way, how sexy was she and Paul Newman in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof? Goodness gracious, those were some good looking people.

She was an icon when alive and will continue to be one like Marilyn Monroe.

I just looked up her & Paul Newman & they were extremely sexy together! They have such a great classical look about them.

Indeed. She's part of a group of the group of actors that makes you say, "They don't make 'em like that anymore." We won't see anyone like her again... legendary for her screen presence as well as her strength to step up for causes that needed support. May she rest.
