A woman's strength amid chaos.

Some grotesquely overpriced designer clothing store on fire, and a lonely mannequin inside.

It looks like a Photoshop filter on the picture of a dress form. But I do like the texture of the background. Actually, I think just the background would be great, the dress form seems kind of out of place.
If you wanted to keep it, maybe try and put it on its own layer and rotating it so it's on a horizontal, level plane and maybe give it more of a woman's shape and a color that goes better with the background. Maybe something in the color family of the dark splotches on the top?

I think of blood, a crime in an old, vintage dress shop.
