I like the jacket and the way it works with the gloves. I think the skirt could probably work if it was more of a tutu and teamed with fishnets but then again I am the proud owner of a straight jacket so I'm not to be trusted on these things

haha- ya I like the jacket, but the skirt reminded me of a grass African skirt gone runway wrong

and i do agree- shorter skirt with fishnets would be better.

The sheer dress with the viney details, under all the metal/plastic, is actually really pretty. But overall, it looks like two fashion illustrations accidentally got stuck together, and someone mistook it for a finished design. Embarassed

But if you focus on the dress itself...it's actually pretty interesting. It's a really cool black, red and white snakeskin pattern. Too bad they messed it up with all the metal work.

Carlotta's right- I would wear the dress without the metalwork.

As for the metal-
It reminds me of shackles meets burqua meets bondage-wear, which is baffling in itself. It's haremesque. The mouthpiece is tight over her lips- one cannot possibly talk- or even breathe with this on. The slinkiness of the dress and restrictive arm shackles imply that a woman should be seen and not heard. Observe her. Do what you will with her. She has no mind- no vitality. Woman as caged bird. Woman as chattel.

I took these pics with my phone over a month ago ...I have a pet peeve about pj's being worn out in public like clothing .So to me this is a big fashion no/no! Sorry for the blurred shots my camera phone was high-tech 2 and a half years ago. lol VVVV the one in the grey pj's pants seems to have lost her butt somewhere amongst the store and her pants are suffering because of it.VVV
