I have probably over 200 or 300 channels on my tv and there isn't anything I really want to watch on. That's not including the free movies on demand.

I would really like my apartment to send me all the info they are supposed to send right now. I'm not very patient and I know they are supposed to send me stuff this week. Plus one of the people were supposed to call me yesterday and didn't. I don't like waiting and I always get nervious that something is going to happen and magically they send it out but I don't get it.

My bunlets do not like politics! I put old newspaper down in the bottom of their hutch, under the wood shavings and straw, and they've ripped hell out of our lovely Prime Monster David Cameron. The bunlets have taste and extremely good sense _________________ Well, the Devil he taught us how to rock and then he turned us loose

| I think if my problem with gaining weight wasn't the fact that I don't eat enough and it was me eating too much, weight watchers online would do wonders for me. I like the idea of my diet and activity interacting online. Since I don't eat enough to begin with eating more but smaller portions just makes me more hungry. So I'm not there yet.
Are there any suggestions on how to eat more yet lose weight? I only eat once a day or sometimes twice a day. When I go to work I walk on the treadmill for 20-40 minutes. I work monday through friday. I would run but I can't do it. I smoke, but I can run maybe a minute and then I'm panting really bad. I can't get past it and I don't like to sweat (even though I stand it walking fast). So if you have any advice on how to get to running without panting for 15 minutes after I stop (literally) or something else I could do to lose the weight I would appreciate it.
I like everything about me but my stomach. Yet crunches really hurt my back. Even though I only eat once or twice a day and I do all the walking I don't see a difference. I go up a few pounds then I lose a few. I want to just be able to get a flat stomach but keep the size of my girls and tone everything else. |

DCGG -
If I may lend a suggestion.
Have you had your thyroid checked? There is no way you can NOT eat and gain weight, or not eat and not lose weight.
The body requires calories (fat calories aren't as important to cut out as people think and that's why so many people don't lose weight if they cut out fat. It helps, but it's not the answer) and if you starve them of those calories, then you HAVE to lose weight - unless your thyroid is off.
I eat anywhere from 500 to 1000 a day is all and that's how I lost weight...but...
My diet plan may not be for everyone.
You'll want to check with your doctor first about your thyroid and then see about a diet plan. You're young, so you'll probably need more calories a day than I eat.
I'm just telling you how I did it. I'm also 41 years old and not as active as I once was.
Just DON'T do ANY diet without checking with your doctor FIRST!

^^I have never heard my doctor give concern of a thyroid problem. He just yells at me about if I change my eating habits I will lose the weight.

Still a good idea to get your thyroid tested. If he doesn't take the concern seriously, time for a Dr who will. My Dr tested my thyroid when I went to her for GI issues, just to rule things out. I'm no expert, but here's my experience: Things that trip me up: sugar, stress eating, injuries (that sometimes keep me from exercising) Things that help me foodwise: frequent small meals (OK to snack if it keeps me from overeating later, and it's supposed to keep the metabolism humming), very basic ingredients (avoiding processed stuff; going for grains/veggies/fruit/nuts). Helps to prep your own meals, too; it can be done on the cheap as well (keeping frozen veggies, brown rice and soups on hand so I can throw something together). Things that help me exercise-wise: I need more of it, but when I was at my fittest, I did Pilates and regular short (but fast) walks 2x a day. I have trouble running too b/c of joint issues, but I may try again with supports sometime. As long as it's regular, and you start small and work up gradually, and clock it in each day (even if it's plugging in a few minutes here and there), the little changes will add up. And GS is right re: talking with a good doctor, too; s/he will guide you and help you w/your progress. You'll feel better as you take better care of yourself; hang in there.

There are tons of seperate clusters of thunder and lightning storms going through my area today. They have been coming through on and off since yesterday afternoon. The lightning is pretty though. It looks like you are looking at an x-ray and the sky has a spine and a lot of rows or ribs.

I hate getting up early. I also hate when as soon as I get up and am ready my mom always magically gets a headache or the plague or something and has to go lay down. No f*cken way b!tch. You said 8:30 am. We are leaving in one minute if you like it or not. I'll go by myself. I'm not freaking playing around. She does this to me all the time.

I get headaches now and then they aren't nice! Maybe your Mom should see a Doctor. I doubt its the plaque I think many thousands would be dead if it was and I assume, because you haven't mentioned it, that there are not thousands of worm riddled corpses in your street? We had a plaque once in London I think it was
