| She will most likely just leave Catholicism and go more to liberal Christianity. She might turn Episcopalian since it is fairly close to Catholicism except far more liberal. _________________ I'm a werewolf, not a vampire! |

| I think she is being over dramatic. I'm catholic. I'm bi and I have gay friends. The church isn't feminist. There is a very fine line between what the religion says and what bad priests or people that don't understand the faith do. On top of all of that I take birth control. Jesus hasn't come down and hit me yet. Do I get crap from my family for it? Yep. Am I still taking it? Hell yea, I'm not stupid. I'm not saying you all have to believe what I believe, but I think she is being stupid because there is a lot more to the church then a few bad priests that don't understand what they got into. |

This is f**king retarded, sorry for the language, but honestly it's the only way I could describe my feelings. I haven't seen the film Avatar, and I don't want to. I saw the trailers, everything in the film looks fake and CGI, even the main characters who are acting; a team of nerds go in afterward and make them into some lame, blue and green skinned rasta-Aztec aliens fighting robots and monsters. No thanks I'll pass. I don't care if it's popular.
Because the 85% of the film is fake, created at a computer, so why would you need to build a super submarine to film on location, in movie that's fake, with fake looking characters. There's no such thing as hobbits and Orces, so Peter Jackson didn't have to actually film the finale of LOTR's Return Of The King inside an actual volcano. He probably figured; "hey, why don't we use these special effects guys to make it look like we're in a dangerous location". Because that's when you should be using CGI in a film, to do things you normally couldn't do and shouldn't do, not a whole film of CGI filmed on location under the sea... it's retarded.
Rant over. |
