^^^^Dont get me started on EBM too!! I tried to explore that area to try something new that seemed to be a big part of goth these days but,

I found that the feeling I get when I hear the baseline to Lucretia my Reflection or the intro to Shes in Parties will never give me the same feeling EBM has to offer.

meh I like EBM and quite a few other musical styles that are anything but goth. But you know, I don't think I've ever actually claimed to be a goth. neener

I think it's all really how far you go into a scene. I hate Rammstein but love Oomph and Erben der Schöpfung. go figure. Though, I am currently on an Emilie Autumn binge.
