Warm sand beneeth my feet

a nice hot bath

being petted

skin on skin

hearing my collar jingel

getting an unexpected parcel

Learning/Figuring out something new

finding a new band that you like

kittens

puppies

playing a good video game

Thinking back on happy memories

Lying in the hot sun with a good book

Getting into a warm bed on a cold night

Hugging and holding good friends

Just looking at my babies and feeling the wonder that we made them together

Finding something that looks incredible on me -- and buying it guiltlessly.
Knowing that my husband is happy.
In fact -- knowing that my friends are happy, too.
Helping someone else.
Time to myself -- and taking it guiltlessly.
Looking out the window and watching the birds at the feeder.

The peace that comes through walking (or sitting in one reading a good book) through forests--and the discoveries you find there.
The peace that comes from nature in general.
Huddling up under my endless amounts of random comforters when I'm cold.
The feeling you get when you help someone
Having a good time with my friends
When I finally understand something! (and learning new stuff)
Alone time
Clothes that fit just right on me
The joy that comes from being with my family-even when they piss me off.
The coolness of the water on a hot summer's day

Taking a really hot/steamy shower to the point the bathroom is like a sauna...
