| How come it seems when you make a statement because it is your true feelings, but at the same time you are looking for a nice word as a pick-me-up no one wants to give you one? |

| Hope in a jar my arse. I've never had such a bad case of contact dermititis from a product in my whole life. I hope it goes away soon,my face is full of red itchy bumps. If anyone has sensitive skin I'd suggest avoiding Philosophy's Hope In A Jar. _________________ ”Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy." ~H. L. Mencken

| I didn't buy it. That was a present from my parents. My parents gave me contact dermititis for Christmas. There's something funny about that. They thought it would be great becuase a dermatoligist supposedly forumulated the product.I should have known better and stayed away from it,but Philosohy has the absolute best shower gels so I assumed the skin cream would be just as good. _________________ ”Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy." ~H. | ^^ Oh no... sorry to hear that, Raven. Hope it heals up soon. Vampira's got a good idea with Clinique. I once worked with someone who had very sensitive skin, and Clinique was her go-to brand. Even if your skin is not sensitive per se, it might be good to play it safe. Almay is a good choice too, and if you have a natural-foods store near you, the employees might be able to recommend something for during and after healing. My random thought: No way is my head going to be in the game at work this week! I think my brain's on vacation until the New Year. |

| I've been an angry little girl today. But only towards my mom. I'm not sure why but she just annoys me and all of my responses to her today have been like verbal acid.
My tattoo is scabbing up. (The pictures of when I got it done are up in case you didn't see it) It kinda bothers me because since the skin there is so tight, at times it really hurts to walk. I wore socks the other day because I went to a concert. Big mistake. I got home and I had the perfect imprint of my stars on my socks. I'm not sure if the yellow was from the yellow tinted cream I put on it or if something is wrong with my tattoo. I hope it heels up soon. Yet I'm worried not all of the color will stay cuz right now parts of it look bad. |

| I'm on facebook now, and I'm still a little embarrassed about that, but it helps me keep in touch with more of my out-of-state friends. Anyway -- my first high-school crush sent me a friend request. Wonder if he ever knew? I accepted; figured "why not". |

| Christmas seemed to have lost a little spark this year. Perhaps because of the lack of snow among other things. Hopefully next year the spark comes back. After all the work decorating and preparing. I can't believe it's over. I like Christmas. The dollar store already has Valentine's Day stuff for sale |

Same for me, It didn't really feel like christmas, I mean, I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt on christmas, that never happens. I think for me it was the fact that I had to take a vacation home. It was wierd. They already have it out???? man, that was quick! |

| I'm so glad your OK! (Whee Whew!) There were a couple wondering thoughts that you might have been really busy with family and work, as well as RedAngel (thankyou) bringing up you possibly could still be celebrating. Still, it's really good to know that no terrible ill fate had befallen you. I am sorry though how you were treated at work when asking how things went while you were away. |

| I know I shouldn't complain since I got my car back in june, but I really want the ford fiesta that is coming out. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to buy it used when mine dies is 3 or 4 years and that way I won't have to pay as much for a perfectly fine 3 or 4 year old car |

| Been a weird day.
One of the guys who used to bully me in high school tried to friend me on facebook today. I didn't respond, and he sent a message to my inbox (didn't know non-friends could do that). Said he remembered me as the girl in the front row who never said anything, and that he hoped he never was mean to me b/c if he did I certainly didn't do anything to deserve it. (Edit: What a weird half-apology...)
I wrote back, telling him a lot of people were mean to me back then, and on the bright side it helped make me who I am, but on the less-bright side it keeps me from trusting nowadays. I wished him the best.
He wrote back; said he understood -- a lot of people were horrible to him too, and he took it out on others. But also wished me the best.
My best friend thinks "bygones", and I'd like to feel that way, but I remember this guy putting me in tears. My only consolation then was that when I grew up, I wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. And maybe he's grown up, though from the looks of his page I'm not so sure, but ultimately I'd rather not break a promise to 12-year-old me. |

| Any body can send a message to your inbox Red. But in the privacy setting you can change it so they can't and only add you as a friend or they can send you a message and CAN'T add you as a friend. You should double check that if you don't want certain people finding or contacting you |

Ah, I found that setting. So many options on facebook, I sometimes don't notice the useful ones. Thanks for the tip! |

| My feet are cold. I was wearing socks yesterday so it accidentally ripped off part of the scab on my tattoo yesterday. I'm not sure if it did any damage to the tattoo or not yet. I'm hungry. |

| Emma's Famous Super-Nachos are famous for a reason. The downside is that avacados are as musical a fruit as beans- and that both are necessary for the nacho awesomeness.
About to go to a party. Uh-oh. |

| I told my mom about the ex-bully that wanted to friend me on fb. First she got a kick out of hearing about him again after all these years. I told her about his noncommittal apology. Then she said something that is uniquely Mom -- my husband, my best friend, neither of them would say this, but Mom said "Well, maybe he's doing a 12-step program." Scary that she said what I was thinking -- I think we're getting to be alike! |
