I bought my Ed Hardy tote and make up bag today.
Forget the fact that it's Ed Hardy cause I can care less. But it's black with a big skull on it. THe best part is the leopard print on the inside. The make up bag matches it exactly.

My sister & her husband are back home from Houston til Saturday & I was able to take a week off of work while they're here

I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and have had hardly any pain. I've only needed one pain killer thus far, and it was just a mild OTC thing.

and it has insurance, that covers water damage, so now, when I wash my phone, It's covered. and I can have a new one in 24 hours

I'm finally back home in the Bronx. Wooho!!! Be it ever so humble, there is no place like home.

I got a call from one of my roommates yesterday- he found a cute apartment for a good price (by Bostonian standards.) By this afternoon we had dragged another of our current roommates and her boyfriend into it, saw the place, and decided to sign the lease.

It's a victorian- complete with beautiful woodwork, high ceilings, and a mantlepiece- absolutely charming. It's also closer to school than my current place, off on a cobblestone side street, and a stone's throw away from a community garden-- lovely, lovely, lovely.

Good for you! I was given a free one by some estate agents that we work with but it was putrid. I've bought myself a Sex Pistols one. Now to wait for my former boss to say (as he did last year) that he likes "Johnny Pistol"

My husband and I are friends w/a couple who were expecting their baby to be born in Feb. Yesterday was the husband's birthday -- and his wife's labor was induced last night. Not sure why, but I think all is OK -- his baby daughter was born at 1:46 this morning! So happy for them!

Now just have to wait for Alyssa to buy the tickets (this is my bday gift) and I will be all set. I missed them the first time they were here, I will NOT miss them again.

My dad is alive.

He had an accident at work, and it was one of those accidents where he really should have died. But through some stroke of luck he didn't. He's in really bad shape; he was electrocuted and then fell from a pretty high distance, but thank god he's alive.
