^^Heh. I'm not looking forward to this entire week! I have 9 things due Wednesday (and none of which are done yet), took a midterm today, have a test on Thursday, have work, I have more things due Saturday, reading (each book being over 300 pages times 3-4 books), and any amass of housework that jumps at me. I don't think I'm meant to sleep this week.

Do you keep your own starter?
I've forgotten, there is'a name it's called. I've known gals in the past that would have a sourdough starter party night and divide it up among them to take home.

I actually created my on starter, all from wild yeast. It's been mature enough to use for a few weeks now, but this is the first chance I've had to use it.
