| This more art than DIY... but I don't think we have a thread for finished art.
Here's the sculptures that I made. The lady holding her own head was made a while ago, the other two were made last night. There's a US nickel there for size comparison. Also, this morning I woke up and thought that these were too small, so I've been molding clay all morning. I'll post pics of that bad girl in the other thread.But here's the pic. |

That littlest one would be cool used as jewelry too I think, and or magic!
Did you paint the lady holding her head or is that just the natural color of that clay?
What kind of clays are these? You have to bake them? |

| ^^^Hee hee. The smallest one is supposed to be for a necklace.
This is white clay. The one holding its head is just completely dry and the other two are still a little damp. While the clay will keep its shape from air-drying, firing them in a kiln would be best... I just don't know where I can do that around here at the moment.

| Yes, but altered to be longer and made the elastic much shorter at the top of the sleeve because even when followed correctly, the sleeve kept dropping off my shoulders. I have yet to finish the original shirt (that follows the Vogue pattern instructions) because the trim is so expensive. _________________ I'm a werewolf, not a vampire! |
