That's just stupid. I remember when I was little my whole family thought I was jumping off the deep end. I actually took my mom into a hot topic and she loved all the funny shirts they had. So she has always supported me in what I wanted to wear (just as long as I didn't look like a slut which I don't have the body for that anyway and I have more taste). She even started getting the funny saying shirts while I was there.

Most people ask if my mom let's me do what I do. She has always been supportive about my fashion and my hair. But when it comes to piercings and tattoos I had to wait until I was an adult to make the decition to permanantely mark my body for life. She wouldn't let my peirce my ears until I was 15, and wouldn't let me guage them until I was 16.
