| Id love to go to romania and to castle Bran on halloween that would be a dream come true for me. However it's very likely this year ill be heading down to New orleans or possibly Salem I've heard both places really come to life on halloween / Samhain. I admit i've always wanted to go to new orleans as I've heard it's quite lively with it's vampyre community and various venues which host goth related events. Not to mention there's voodoo pracitioners there and I've an interestin Santeria. |

| At my old job I used to make fancy goodie bags and give them out to my coworkers for Halloween. I filled 'em up with candy and other Halloween stuff. They loved it!
At my current job, I don't know if I should this year. Last year I just gave out mints in little tin coffins to my coworkers (I was still new there), but I wished I would have done the goodie bag instead. What do you guys think? |

| ^I say go for it. There's no such thing as being too nice to your co-workers, or being too festive for Halloween. |

NEATO! This month marks 4 years since my time at this "Christian" joint where Halloween was the-devil's-holiday-whose-name-we-dare-not-speak! One couldn't even put up a pic of a freakin' pumpkin as the management considered it a way to secretly celebrate Satan's impending war on god. Anyway, that's neither here nor there.
For Halloween I've usually gotten dressed up & handed out candy to the neighborhood kiddies. It was kinda funny 2 years ago when I had to explain to my Indian neighbor WHY this was even done!
This year, though, I plan to go to The Queen of the Damned Ball in New Orleans. Just the thought of it, as VNV's Chrome plays on my Internet radio, gets me all giddy!!
All I need now is $ for gas, $ for a place to stay, $ to buy food, $ for the ticket. In this topsy turvy toilet economy...how hard could it be to find it?? |

| This was too cool to not share... Build your own Zombie corpse!
http://www.distefano.com/
"You too can now own a finely-crafted and disgusting-looking corpse from Di Stefano Productions for around $545 for males and $595 for females. You’ll even get to choose the skin color, hair color, and what the creator calls the “degree of decay”." |

| That's pretty cool, but crazy expensive. My friend build his own corpse for way less than that. Nothing like DIY. |
