^^Much better! I am moving dorms on saturday! No more Roomie!!!! I am syched.

And I realized that my luck has changed drastically since I broke up with Alex. He was the source of my bad luck. HAHA! it made me laugh soooo hard!

I'm about to make chicken fettecini (sp?) alfredo in about an hour for dinner.

I'm not the only one that said they were going to fail that test.

Feeling much better now than before. Talked things out with the Fella; got our wires uncrossed. I know now that I've got his support. He plans on working up some flyers for me to help me promote my art & jewelry. Also, I'm applying for a managerial position at a major company.. more details once I find out my status with them. I've also decided to talk to my boss about his retirement plans; no more guessing on my part. Mom's got my back on this, too (we had a great conversation this evening) -- she said, "Hey, you've been there for 9 years. Besides, he's got a right to plan for his future; so do you."

Mom was sober. We talked a long time. She sounds great right now -- she has a new dog, she's cleaning up the house, she's even playing outdoors with the new pooch.

Moments like these, I'm just fascinated at how swiftly things can change. Sometimes chaos and nonsense can be absolutely gorgeous.

I'm finally wearing the new lace tights I bought a couple weeks ago. In fact, I'm happy with the whole ensemble today: black button-down shirtdress, the lace tights, and black knee-high boots.
