| Have you looked into versions of "Gloomy Sunday" - Sarah Brightman does a cracking version but my YouTube is playing up tonight. Also known as "The Hungarian Suicide Song", it has quite literally driven people mad and Billy MacKenzie of the Associates killed himself shortly after recording it _________________ Well, the Devil he taught us how to rock and then he turned us loose |

| I was gonna post this yesterday, but it isn't in the Metal/Rock/Goth category. But also it's more maybe for during insanity. Just can't seem to think of any others besides ""it"" except Crazy Train right now and that's just not crazy enough. I don't think.

| I was going to suggest "Nervous Breakdown" by Black Flag too. Dont tell the Damned but it has to be my favourite punk song - quick, clean and LOUD!!!! _________________ Well, the Devil he taught us how to rock and then he turned us loose |

| Sarah McLachlan's version of Gloomy Sunday is amazing.
But if it came to driving to mind into oblivion, then it's that "Crazy Frog" song playing over and over, or "Badger-Badger-Badger". |

I think the original version would make me go even crazier I can't remember who it's by though. It's been years since I've heard it
Also! EA singing Gloomy Sunday, while having a tea party in her bathtub o.o Rule Number Four
I wasn't aware that so many people had done that song! I only knew of the original, this one, and that of Billie Holiday. |

| I think, but I'm not completely sure, that it was Dr. Demento. He used to have radio programs and played various other not so sane songs.. Fish Heads, My Dead Dog Rover, a lot of unusual and not too often heard songs.
[Here!]
It wasn't Dr. Demento, just was on his program playlist.
Who atually sung it was Napolean XIV .. Jerry Samuels! Looks like a lot of other people were into it too! More info in the "They're Coming to Take Me Away Ha-Haaa!" link in the article.
