The top is *really* long on me -- why does Express make everything extra-long? I don't normally tuck tops in (I sometimes have them shortened since I've got a short torso), but with this one I think it'll look better that way.

I highly recommend that everyone go to their local Target- it's the most perfect, flattering black velvet goth-princess dress. On the web it's been clearanced from 40 to 31 dollars. At my target it was 9 bucks, however. I couldn't resist.

You don't have to, you can always wear a shirt that sort of offsets it but coordinates very well.
